At the minute mark the athlete will perform 10 Push Press, with the remaining time in the minute the athlete with perform Double Unders on even minutes (0:00, 2:00, 4:00 etc) and AB Mat Sit Ups on odd minutes (1:00, 3:00, 5:00 etc).
The athletes score will be total reps performed of AB Mat Sit Ups and Double Unders.
