There will be no Yoga or mobility this today.
On Monday Sept. 7th, Labor Day, we will hold an 8am, 9am, and 10am workout. Please sign up in advance and if I need to add a 7am or 11am I will.

Dumbbell Thruster for those who will not attend class tomorrow or Barbell Front Squat for those who will attend class tomorrow.
