1. Roll out side of shins – 1 min per side

2. Roll out the Lats – 1 min per side

3. Scorpion stretch – 1 min per side

4. Banded overhead bowler – 1 min per side

5. Ball smash the gluten – 1 min per side

6. Roll out the inside of the thigh – 1 min per side
