We broke out the new BATTLE ROPES tonight!

Circuit – 5 rounds of the following
  40 secs work, 20 secs rest, 1min rest between rounds
    side shuffle
    battle ropes
    bar sidestep overs
    hanging knee raises
    weighted step ups (45/25)
