As partners, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 min of the following
Partner A run 200
Partner B ME air squat
then swap
Partner A run 200
Partner B ME abmat sit ups
then swap
Partner A run 200
Partner B battle ropes
then swap
Partner A run 200
Partner B ME burpee box jump over
then swap
Once both partners have completed an exercise and the accompanying 200m runs, count it as one round. For example, if both partners ran 200m while the other partner did max effort air squats, they would count 1 round.
