Every 90 secs for 10 rounds, complete the following increasing load each round

1x Power Clean & Push Jerk

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of the following

20x wall ball (20/14)

10x chest-to-bar pull ups

Mobility

1. Monster Quad / Couch stretch – 1 min per side

2. Foam roll lats – 1 min per side

3. Foam roll quads – 1 min per side

4. Foam roll inner thigh – 1 min per side
