Workout
Metcon (Weight)
Every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 14 minutes, complete the following
on odd minutes, 3x back squats at 75% of 1 Rep Max
on even minutes, 3x muscle-ups
Mobility
1.Wall hip flexor stretch – 1 min each leg
2. Banded shoulder stretch – 1 min each arm
3. Banded chest – 1 min each arm
