Back Squat (5 rounds of 5 reps, increasing in weight)
warm-up with 3 light-to-medium weights, then work on 5 rounds of 5 reps at a challenging weight. Continue to go up in weight each round if possible. The goal is NOT to find your 5 rep max. The goal is to complete 5 rounds of 5 reps at a heavy weight.
