Team WOD
Team 1 runs 400m / rows 500m, Team 2 does max box jumps, then switch.
Team 1 runs 400m / rows 500m, Team 2 does max burpees, then switch.
Team 1 runs 400m / rows 500m, Team 2 does max air squats, then switch.
Team 1 runs 400m / rows 500m, Team 2 does max double-unders (or singles, divide by 3).
Team 1 runs 400m / rows 500m, Team 2 does max sit-ups.
If athletes from both teams agree a bonus round with wall balls can be completed.
