Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

In 6 minutes, as partners complete as many rounds as possible of the following

One partner sprints back and forth from one end of the rubber mats to the other end the long way three times

The other partner does 10 goblet squats (53 / 35).

Athletes should partner with someone close to their level. Once both partners have completed the exercise they are on, the partners swap exercises. Each time the partners swap counts as one round.

Rest for 1 minute
