Metcon (Time)

For time, complete the following

Start with 40 calorie row

4 Rounds of
10 tire flips
10 med ball man makers*
10 med ball sit ups with MB used for man makers

End with 40 calorie row

Start in heats of up to 6 on the rower.
Select heats based on tires available.

* Med ball man maker is a push-up on the MB, followed by a med ball clean to a wall ball.
