Kipping pull-up skill work

Those athletes who know how to do kipping pull-ups, will complete the Pull-up EMOM below while others work on their kipping.

Workout – EMOM

Metcon (7 Rounds for reps)

Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes, complete max rep pull-ups.

Workout – AMRAP

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In 7 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible (AMRAP) of
2x Hang Power Snatch (75/55)
2x Toes-to-bar (T2B)
4x Hang Power Snatch (75/55)
4x Toes-to-bar (T2B)
6x Hang Power Snatch (75/55)
6x Toes-to-bar (T2B)

Continue up the rep ladder 2-4-6-8-10…
